Invengo and Tagsys have reached an agreement on Invengo's acquisition of Tagsys's Textile Services business and their Industrial and Logistics RFID tag business used in item-level identification, medical equipment and the healthcare services market segments. Invengo will be taking over operational and commercial personnel from both divisions, which will further strengthen Invengo's European presence and global talent pool.
